So, I decided that since I had made this grand plan to leave Brisbane and plant myself in the tropics of North Queensland, I probably should make some vague plan about driving myself and Patrick, my car, the 20 odd hours up north. Luckily for me some other bugger has worked it out. I love it when that happens. See below. All I have to do is find cheap digs (accommodation) on the way up. Easy peasy.

As for touring Queensland? Great place, the best scenery and cheap tropical fruit all the way up. See why Oprah’s on her way down under? Smart woman. And Oprah - feel free to join me on part of the drive, mate.
